About Us

Lins Medcare

Lins Medcare is a community health initiative focused on practical, judgment-free wellness education. Through Health Talk With Nurse Collins, we turn everyday health topics into small, doable actions, no jargon, ro guilt, just clear guidance from a clinical perspective.

The 30-Day No Soda Challenge is one of our flagship programs: a month of short, clinically-grounded daily tips designed to help you build a healthier relationship with hydration, sugar, and caffeine - one day at a time.

We believe lasting change comes from small, consistent steps rather than strict rules. That's why every day of the challenge pairs one piece of clinical insight with a single, realistic action and why we built in accountability partners, so you don't have to do it alone.

Meet Nurse Collins

Nurse Collins is a registered nurse, health advocate, and the founder of the No Soda Challengea growing wellness movement helping people break free from unhealthy habits, one choice at a time.

His passion for preventive health goes beyond the hospital. Over the years, he has seen firsthand how many of the illnesses people struggle with are closely linked to everyday lifestyle choices. That realization inspired him to create simple, practical health initiatives that anyone can participate in.

The No Soda Challenge started with one goal: to encourage people to reduce their sugar intake by taking a break from soft drinks for 30 days. What began as a simple challenge has grown into a supportive community where thousands of people encourage one another, celebrate progress, and discover healthier alternatives.

Nurse Collins believes that lasting change doesn't always begin with drastic decisions. Sometimes, it starts with something as simple as saying "no" to one bottle of soda today.

Through health education, community engagement, and practical wellness campaigns, he continues to inspire people to take small, consistent steps toward healthier living.

"Your health is one of your greatest investments. Start where you are, stay consistent, and let every healthy choice count."
